Billing & subscription questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?: Start on the Starter plan with no credit card required. You get full access to the platform for 14 days. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue — your data and settings are preserved.
What counts as an "active lease"?: An active lease is any lease currently in Active status — a tenant is checked in and invoices are being generated. Completed, voided, and draft leases do not count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?: Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is annual billing available?: Yes — annual plans are available at a discounted rate. Contact us at support@bedspacemanager.com or book a demo to switch to annual billing.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?: None. The monthly or annual subscription fee is the only charge. No setup fees, no per-tenant fees, no feature add-ons.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: When you cancel, your account enters a 4-month read-only window. You can log in and export all your data during this period. After 4 months the account and all data are permanently deleted.
